Develop internal site on 365 and sharepoint consulting

Our company is small and all employees are remote, we have been using Office 365 for about a year, but our collaboration could be much better if we had an internal site that was set up for document collaboration and other tasks. I personally do not even know all the capabilities of sharepoint or office 365, and I am looking to find a consultant who can help us become more efficient by recommending things I should do within Sharepoint and then helping us accomplish those things.
