Optimise web form

We are creating a web-based social app, for which we have already built a robust and functional back end. We are now looking for someone to help us optimise one of the web forms. The form makes use of the Google Maps API, as well as a few other standard form elements. All work will need to render well across standard browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and iOS/Android devices i.e. it needs to be HTML5 compatible. We are looking for reliability and speed so a robust testing approach will be expected. T The site uses Twitter Bootstrap and JQuery with Django. We wireframe in Mockups; you will be expected to use Photoshop to create designs and slice psds before coding. All our code is all hosted on github. Detailed information will be provided on receipt of a signed NDA before asking for a final bid. This is the first task in a programme of work - if we are happy with your services we will post a number of further private auctions.
