20712 Inventory Database

I have a pc inventory system which produces output for each PC as an XML file. I want to an access2003 database that will import multiple XML files into the table structure. The main data table (with relationships) will resemble SiteName (text) PCName (text) Date and Time of Audit Various Details (lots of text fields) Icons (one pc, many icons) Network Adapters (one pc, many network adapters) Network Drives (one pc, many mappings) Groups (one pc, many groups) and then Member of group (one group, many members) Applications (one pc, many applications) UserAccounts (one pc, many accounts) Environment Variables (one pc, many variable) The database needs to keep a historical record of all audits (each time a pc is audited it must generate a new unique record, not update the previous one). The sitename should be linked to a company name and address. The following reports are required 1. Report of all current PCs (showing all data stored) selected by the site. Name and address of company should be shown on the report. 2. Report of all sites showing summary information, including number of PCs, numbers of each operating system and TotalPhysicalMemory. Each site should start on a new page, so reports can be given to individual sites. 3. Security Report - checks current TotalPhysicalMemory against last audit report (if there was one) and outputs the two columns, flagging any changes (increase or decrease).
