XML Code correction (French text)

Require a provider with excellent XML skills. This project shouldn't take long for the right person. We have two XML files that need the code correcting. They won't open correctly. One is attached. The other is very similar in length but with more correction needed. The text itself is in French with special characters (accents), these must be respected. You must have feedback showing experience with XML. Low bids only, payment on delivery and verification of the second file which will be delivered to the provider for correction in one, max two days.
