Professional 3D Animation of Cozy Castle 4 products into brochures, photos and videos

I am a start up business. I am looking for a talented 3D animator to create a stunning near real life animation of 3D renders; floor plans and brochures. I have included two of my business logos and the colour scheme is Orange and Green. The product colours are light gray floors, Black frame and charcoal grey externals walls. Internal colours are white. Bathroom floor is light grey. The product renders i want are 1- Cozy Castle Container Studio Container:1bed & 2bed; 2- Cozy Castle Container Standard (Corner shower and straight kitchen bench top) 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 4Bed; 3- Cozy Castle Container Luxury (Rectangle Shower and large "L" shape Kitchen) 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 4Bed; 4- Toilet container and 5 - Toilet and shower container. Additionally I require a feel real animation walk through of one of a Cozy Castle Luxury (rectangle shower) 2 bed floor plan with a duration between 30-60secs. The animation must have detailed animation, and include furniture (landscape for video) and other items. The 3d Video Animation view needs to feel to the viewer the reality of the video. The animation must be delivered as an MP4 file and meet the highest professional standards. I provide sample photos and brochures from other similar businesses for your reference.
