Objective: Design a wireless sensor network using ns2, and manage the amount of power being consumed by the network efficiently using MAC Protocol or other power profiling strategies. Constraints: We have different sensors in our network which have different reception rates. For Example, we have an ECG sensor which takes “n” signals in a second and blood pressure sensor which takes “2n” signals in a second. Like that we take all the bio-medical sensors into consideration, form a network and manage its power efficiently.
