251187 Fix CSS menu for Safari

We need an our menu to work in Safari. Currently, everything looks right in IE, Opera and Firefox. But in Safari, when there is more than 1 dropdown on the submenu line, but the submenus and all of the associated dropdowns stack to the left. We are using a click javascript, and an IE specific css page to get things looking right there. We need the menu to look and perform as is does in the other browsers, with no change to the structure of the original html doc. Hacks are ok, as long as they cover the versioning life of Safari. Files are attached, or a live url can be provided if preferred. Looking to have this completed today.
