USB Hub- previous experince prefered

I am looking for a full design (ready for manufacturing) of a 3-4 USB2 hub. Should have a proven speed and without any connectivity or power issues. It should be able to power 750ma modules on every socket. Your bid should include the cost of sending 2 pcs to test (without the shipping cost). I expect to receive the BOM and design files under eagle cad. Please bid with answers to the next questions: - Do you have 2 hubs ready for send now? - Do you own all the rights on its deisgns? - Is it fully tested? - What chipset did you use for the usb controller?
