Hello, For a new project I need a IOT sensor that will be installed on a device that rotates. I need to know the amount of rotations so I can service the device before it will break down. My device is not always connected to WiFi/Internet. I would like to see the amount of rotations on a remote location but I don't have to see them realtime. One update per day or per week is enough, don't know it makes a difference, but if so we can reduce the amount of data transmissions. 12V is available Pulses are count with a rotary encoder and based on the device type I have to set the pulse count per revolution. The name of the device must be adjustable so I know which IOT is connected to which device. Please let me know your thoughts. Kind regards,

I can send you the device in 5 days . you give the pulse input and this device will count the pulse and update the data to a server in every periodic interval (say every hour). so you can see the result on your mobile phone or computer. You need to provide us the server details with database connectivity and we will handle everything else.

I can help you in this task we can use IMU sensors or hall sensor to monitor the rotations, to upload it on a cloud or if you want to see it remotely we can transfer data to remote location over wifi. hi I can do this with ESP32 module which as Wifi and Bluetooth feature. We can program it to send to sever once a day or week by storing in a SD card locally in the board. Also connect via bluetooth and access the data when needed. We can discuss Regards Senthil Chennai,India
