I have a number of flash banners that I need to have converted to animated Gifs. I have no preference as to the method as long as the quality is satisfactory... so whether you have a tool for converting directly, or need to make the gifs from scratch is up to you.. The sizes are the standard online banners. The quote should be for 11 banners.
