Game Graphics

If I get the right book sponser arranged, this will be used in a game programming book published by Microsoft Press. But should still get printed anyway, the creators name will be listed in the references or on the acompanying CD. I need 2D graphics for a video game. PNG format, smooth fading on the edges ( I don't like pixelation ) Orientation: Think warcraft 2. Magic only, no warriors, will use wands, staffs, etc... Warcraft 2 was a little cartoony though. I would like slightly more realistic, but does not need to be picture perfect. Semi-photo realistic The game will have a 45 degree angle view of the playing field looking down at them, and the houses will carry about a 5 to 15 degree angle to the right. (so we can slightly see the left side of the buildings.) List of graphics: 4 tilable backgrounds(4 versions of each) + transitions 2 characters with walking standing and striking - biggest part 3 buildings 2 bushes 3 trees 2 rocks. ## Deliverables about 30 newly created PNG graphics (specified in details) Complete rights to reuse/redistribute and control over all licensing rights. Each tile type, (grass is a type) must be cleanly tilable together. 32x32 Transfers between tile types. Take a tile for each of the background types, and select use the PNG's alpha channel to cut out the parts not used. Make sure these tiles line up well. I need 2 character types, Wizard looking, with a staff, and some monk type with a book. both will have 3-6 frame walking in the 8 directions, standing while facing the 8 directions, and 2-4 frame attacks (wizard uses staff, which could light up a little and monk holds book and waves the other hand. Size Estimates between 10x15 and 20x30 pixels. 2 images, each position of the character shows up on the image. I need 3 Buildings. One like a round castle spire, figuring 32x50, flexible on size, doorway at bottom, and dark stair opening at top. Another will be a Shrine type statue. I'm flexible here, but no nudity, no violent looks. This needs to be abstract, sizes 25x25 to 50x50. Perhaps gold or silver. and finally a rectangular tavern, stone wall finish, with an indistinguishable sign over the entrance. about 64x64. some simple stationary objects. 2 types of small bushes, 8x8 to 16x16, 3 types of green trees, 16x32 to 32x64, try to make these fairly realistic looking, and I want to see through random pieces, as well as smooth un pixilated fading at the edges. 2 rocks, 4x8 and 8x8 ## Platform PNG, no Specific platform
