Website Directory/Website Crawler

I am using a software called PHPLD for a directory website. My goal is to create a listing directory containing contact information for EVERY business in the Caribbean. I also want to populate this website automatically with data. The Website: ================================= The software is PHP/MySQL and can be amended/modified/edited. I need a complete list of Caribbean Islands installed as categories: [login to view URL] 2. I need the site "skinned" to look a specific way based on a design I have created. I can provide colors, CSS files, and editable Photoshop documents. 3. I need the site customized to allow business owners with listings to upgrade to "featured" listings that give them a photo with their listing, and more features. The Crawler: ================================= I need to create a web crawler/spider that will accept custom parameters (keywords) and will then automatically go out and find businesses and populate my directory with them. I want to automatically add Business Name, Business Website Address, Business Physical Address, and Telephone Number. I also want to be able to flag the businesses without a website so I can followup with them and offer them website services.
