Hi Dave, As discussed this is payment to repair the code of the previous freelancer Nader Moussa - Ph.D. student from Sunderland University - who clearly as you said did not understand the concept of the MVC framework at all in his disastrous attempt at this work. Thanks for undertaking this project as agreed main points were 1. Auto timeout after a period of inactivity (15 minutes please) 2. Additional HTML text + two checkboxes 3. Changes to address layout 4. Saving form values on submission - working except for dropdown values - these also have to be saved 5. CMS - UK timezone and UK centric (ie dates in regular format - no silly things like time values in DOB fields) 6. Data Validation 7. Period of inactivity - user-friendly page 8. Application Form - something going a bit wrong at the end of the template... Plus any small general bug-fixing which you might find along the way. Many thanks.
