549823 Interactive Image Viewer for Touchscreen

Would like a touchscreen type application that can be ran from a host computer so that a series of touchscreen monitors could work like a kiosk type system for viewing images all from same server. User would have ability to save to favorites, view by category, search, and any other creative idea you can think of. The program is for a popular tattoo shop and would like the ability to assign the associated user with an artist. Through a ctrl alt m type feature the ability for an artist at touchscreen to assign appointments, dates, etc, create a user account for customer and the ability to input price to do work on the consent form and print documents to main office printer. I would also like the ability for an administrative screen to do things like copy to folder, save as, send to (photoshop) etc. The admin would have the ability to create user accounts with different administrative rights or abilities at kiosk.
