Simple color illustrations II

I run a small language school, and generally design my own materials in house. I am in the process of remaking most of the materials used, and want to use new images. The images would belong to the school and be copyrighted to us so that other schools and institutions would not copy them. I want to put together a storyboard for the students. I require 2 sets of illustrations for this project, with 16 illustrations in each set. (a total of 32 illustrations) I want them drawn as vectors so either Illustrator or Photoshop is what I am after. The images do not have to be complicated, they can be relatively simple. They need to be full background images though. The first set of images is about a visit to a public aquarium. I already have a set of characters I want used for the images. I would like them redrawn with smoother lines and much better eyes (including the white part of the eyes and pupils). I would also like Ben’s face to be drawn better that currently is. Set 1. I expect a few background people in the illustrations. The same people are fine, as you would expect at an aquarium. Set 2. The theme is proper behavior. The scenes are in the house and at a kindergarten. Naughty vs. nice. I imagine many of the backgrounds will be the same. This will require a little creativity. One important thing about all these illustrations from set 1 & 2. I would like to have outlines on characters and objects so that I can remove all color and print them as coloring sheets. Finally, when placing a bid, I would like you to post a mock up of any one of the above described illustrations. jpg or something like that. I will add full illustration descriptions after this.
