Get Website Silos to First Page of Google

We currently run a PR5 website that gets a few thousand organic visitors per day and has several million pages indexed in Google. We are looking for someone who understands high-level SEO who can help our site rank in the first 3 results of Google in the United States for any of the following terms below for a period of at least 90 days. Please note, we will immediately escrow monies the same day you are able to get any of the terms below to rank in the first page of Google and release the money after 90 days. We are doing this because we want you to be able to get results in Google's index and not cache which can take up to 90 days to change. We also have some internal resources you can use including PR6 sites that are legitimate commerce sites in our network and over 50 other job sites that collectively have millions of pages and other authority you can use. We also have over 100,000 articles on other sites that can be used for this task. We have several engineers on staff who can make various changes to our siloing and other matters with our site if you request this. Please only bid if you understand very high-level SEO and believe you have the ability to have our site rank competitively for these keywords using the authority of this existing site to drive more visitors, social media and other strategies. If you are good at this, we would love to work with you over the long term and are serious about this task. We are a decent sized company with a large budget for this.
