I run a web hosting service and have lots of experience both in server configuration and in installing software off github, so I can get this done for you. Bid includes an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS server setup (FTP for uploading/downloading files + firewall to keep scum out), a working deep-photo-styletransfer install and some basic instructions on where to upload things and how to do a run using the examples on the git page. I'm not sure the Amazon AMI will work as the page states, so I think I'd rather take no chances and go with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS as that's what's shown as working/supported.
