Mobile Dietary App - repost

I need to get a bid for someone to design and develop a dietary application for BOTH the iPhone and Android. The application will be based on an already published booklet that lists the dietary information for food offered at 27 different restaurants. Here is how the app should work. The user selects one of 27 restaurants. Then the user selects one of the menu items available at that restaurant. The application would then report to the user the dietary information for that menu item. Furthermore, the application will need to be able to calculate the user's total numbers for their meal (user selects several items from menu and app reports the total dietary considerations). The meal total should be able to be emailed to the user, if requested. The app needs to be clean and attractive. Generic food photos will be provided if needed to spruce up the look of the app. I am attaching the printed version of this dietary guide for your reference. The app will basically deliver the same information in a mobile format. I am also attaching a mock-up idea for how the app should work and look. Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
