What I need is a dll in .net as a .net assembly with no references to COM that will convert a png file to a jpg file. Cannot just change the extensions from one to another. Needs to be programmed with Visual Studio 2005 (Visual Basic). There will be one routine with 2 parameters (PngFilePath, JpgFilePath). The name will be Convert The dll should be called ImageConverter. Let me know if you have any questions.
