154567 AJAX Refresh (Quick Job)

Please view: [login to view URL] It currently using Meta-Refresh, i want it to use AJAX so that it doesnt reload the page with those annoying click sounds. It pulls the data from MySQL tables. Needs to refresh the data every 15 seconds and display perfectly in ie6, ie7, ff2 and other common browsers. If you view the link i showed you above in ie7 and ff2. In ie7 it doesnt display properly, it makes a gap before the lines come together. Firefox 2 is displaying properly.
