Hot or Not style website

Please read the entire project description BEFORE bidding. Good English is a MUST for good communication, so you can fully understand the project. I'm looking for someone who is skilled in CSS and can template each page just as I want. I have designed each page in Photoshop and will be able to supply psd's for each page, so no designing is required it simply must be put into place. When placing your bid please do not 'copy and paste' a huge essay on your company, just information on previous projects/portfolio and questions on my project. This website is in the style of hotornot. Features: Photo tagging Users must be able to upload multiple photos, each one having it's own rating User Comments per photo Instead of rating 1 - 10, users can simply 'Like' user photos Charts based on data, such as top 10, top girls, top boys Ability for users to 'share' photos to their facebook/twitter accounts. Ability to login through facebook connect / twitter as well as signing up via the website Currency converting Search Predictive form filling in AJAX for commenting and rating so it updates live on the page with no reload. I may have missed the odd feature out, but nothing major. So please allow in your review of this project room for some extra features. We can discuss things in greater detail in PMB. I do not need full social networking features like messaging, chat, friend adding, news feed. Nothing like that. Perfection is a must. As are daily updates on progress so we can both be sure things are going in the right direction so please be bare that in mind. I would also like potential providers to complete a quick and easy demo/example for me based on the attached files so I can see your attention to detail/style. The text font in this demo should be 'Lucinda Grande'. please check the attachment, it is a psd file. I would appreciate if you could slice/cut it and code it, to show your skills and that you are capable of taking on my project.
