541800 Community Builder Issues

I currently use community builder on my site. After an server change I now have errors when I try to upload a new profile and image. I have attached a file of how it looks. The site you are working on is live and you must be very careful. Im sure this is an easy fix but I wanted to give someone a chance on here. I also need the part on the profile page that says [login to view URL] has 44 registered users to be removed. This is the following page that is on [login to view URL]
