78473 User admin PHP

What I need is very simple, just can't do it myself. I need a login area. Users can log in with thier username and password. After that, they will be taken to a restricted area of my designation. Users can not sign up, only an admin can add users and passwords. All info must be stored in a MySQL database. Admin can add, delete and edit usernames and passwords. There must be a password retrieval link that will send the user their password if it is forgotten. That's it. I need this as soon as possible. Please, if you have this script already created, please post a link so I can test it out. Let's be reasonable when bidding, I can get a generic script from many sites for free, just want to have something of my own.
