Sound generator sample - iPhone

I need some sample code for my iPhone development. Start with the View based app template, create an iPhone app which generates sound - in this case, the sound of blow fan. It must be constant. Now the difficult part - on the view, I want two sliders. One controls the volume (this should be easy), and the second controls how fast the "fan" runs. When the speed of the fan changes, the sound should change accordingly.
