Small Insurance Based Website

I am ready to start a website and the basic frame works need to be completed by Friday 9am EST time 5/11/07. I have never done a website or dealt with one before so I need to be treated with kids gloves on this one. This site will be called [[login to view URL]][1]. Its has been registered today via [login to view URL] with SSL. All details of this will be provided once I accept your bid. The main gist of this site is to simply have people go to the site which I will advertise and give their personal information for a Condo Coop Insurance Quote for the NYC area. So either have a drop down menu or a text box fill in similar to this site which I am fond of: <[login to view URL]> .Once the form is filled and submitted I would like the info sent to multiple e-mail addresses for the quote. I would like the site to have the look & feel of [[login to view URL]][2]. I am a Nationwide Insurance Agent and would like people to almost think they are on a [login to view URL] webpage. So at this time I am looking for a basic site with an info page as a home page and then a page to fill in for your quote. The site must look 100% professional with colors and pictures. We can work together to make this perfect. I need a coder that can communicate well via e-mail and instant messager especially during the hours of 9am-5pm est time. Constant communication is key with me and constant revisions and additions are always part of my projects. I also will require 2 sample webpage’s you have done to be considered that I can view. You also will need to explain to me how to use a webpage from an owners perspective. I look forward to your bids!!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform SITE MUST BE UPLOADED FOR ME AND A COPY OF MUST BE GIVEN FOR ME FILES
