FAX # DATABASE NEEDED

I am looking for a database to be created from a website called: [login to view URL] Once you are on the site enter the following in the "BUSINESS, CATEGORY OR KEYWORD": insurance next enter the following in the "CITY AND STATE, OR ZIP CODE": Brooklyn NY hit enter next should bring you a list of categories with the second one down being "INSURANCE" with +1000 results I need a excel database with the +1000 results listing the company name in one field and the companies fax number in the next field. This needs to be listed A-Z which can be viewed in such a manner on the website. The labor intensive part is finding the fax numbers. Some are on [login to view URL], some are on external website links and some companies need to be contacted manually to get such numbers via phone or e-mail. Numbers must be 100% in format described and valid: COMPANY ABC (COMPANY FIELD) 7185551212 (FAX # FIELD) Completion early in a 100% perfect manner will result in bonus.
