395007 flash webcam script RED5/RTMP

Hi , we want our own website script done in flash where members can stream live webcam videos, record their webcam shows, create their conference rooms and do private one-on one chat. we want a very highly customised look and features so we need fresh coding to be done in flash to complete this job.
