Create a Twitter script to follow people

Hello, I'm looking for a guy who could create a php script which will follow people on Twitter according to their tweets. Example: 1. Script asks for login and pass for a specific Twitter account >> Enter login/pass 2. Script asks what kind of people he needs to follow(about what subject do they talk about)>> Enter subject [Fishing] 3. Script asks how many people maximum to follow >> Enter 500 Result: Script starts following people who talk about fishing, and follows maximum 500 people. Thank you.
