Hi, I need done a dynamic image list for a jquery slideshow using php. This is in a template in joomla 2.5 I am designing that is not on the root of the website. The code below will show what I mean.
<?php if ($this->params->get( 'bgimage' )) {
$bgdir = $this->baseurl'/images/bgimages/'; //this needs to be an absolute directory from the root of the website
$bgimages = glob(“” . $bgdir . “{*.jpg,*.png}”, GLOB_BRACE); //check directory for file types
$last_item = end($bgimages);
$last_item = each($bgimages);
foreach($bgimages as $bgimage){ //begin foreach loop
echo "'"$bgimage"',"; //echos the backgrounds
if($value == $last_item['value'] && $key == $last_item['key']){ //if last item
echo "'"$bgimage"'"; //echos the last background
}
}
}else{ ?>
'<?php echo $this->baseurl ?>/templates/<?php echo $this->template ?>/images/[login to view URL]',
'<?php echo $this->baseurl ?>/templates/<?php echo $this->template ?>/images/[login to view URL]'
<?php } ?>
As you can see I have made a parameter for the entire thing which is not the problem. The problem is the variables and the for each loop. I know these are wrong thats what I need fixed. It needs to check if the folder website-root/images/bgimages exists and if so check if it has .jpg and .png and arrange them in alphabetical order. Then the last image needs to be different, it cant have a comma at the end.
I would like this done asap as I have a deadline to meet.
Thanks.
