OpenVZ, OS Template - (VTONF+ Linux i386 + Wine + Meta Trader 4)

We are seeking a tech who can create an linux operating system template for our virtual server (VPS) environment (OpenVZ/VTONF/i386/Centos). The centos or ubunutu OPENVZ OS template should incorporate a working GNOME/KDE desktop with VNC access out of the box, with the auto restart of all services in the case of a system failure on the host. An installation of 'Meta Trader 4' a windows based .exe using WINE is also required.
