Need website moved to new server and need an admin installed to control website pictures and content

I have a website that I am needing to be moved to my server first thing. It is not a large site (small in size) only about 8 pages or so. Second, I am not totally sure how the site was built as it may have been built from a template and then it might not be that hard to update but I am needing to be able to update the site easily. I am needing to control sections of the website to change around pictures and also be able to change the wording around to update the site with new contact info and specials etc. So, possibly I am needing a admin (backoffice) made possibly where I can easily change these (pictures/content etc.). I am needing someone who knows what they are doing. If you are wanting to see how the site is made and do not know what to bid on this project, just let me know and I will give you the url so you can look and see how the site is written. I know it has one section that is flash but I am not needing to do anything with that. That can be left alone. I think the rest of the site is written in php. Please only bid if you are familiar with doing what I have requested. Thank you
