Content Organizer And Manipulator

I need a program that organizes content and manipulates it. It will relink text, change out synonyms, create rss feeds or text content, and combine multiple sources of content. ## Deliverables I need a program written that can do the following. This is a combination of multiple programs I have used. I need all the features in one program. The program is a content organizer and manipulator. 1. I need the program to be able to collect sentences from text files that I have and online rss feeds. 2. I need the program to be able to take the content that is collected and split it into sentences. Once the content is split into sentences I want the content from the multiple sources to be mixed to create articles. I will be able to decide if I keep the articles as they originally are or if the sentences are combined with sentences from other sources to from the content. I want the option to set it so that it only grabs a certain amount of sentences from each feed or file. 3. The content will be organized and indexed by keywords. In a desktop program that will have all the content in databases that are saved on my hard drive. I will put in a keyword list and the database will be searched for content based on those keywords. It will choose what keywords the sentences go along with. 4. I will then be able to pick a number of keywords and sentences that go into each article it creates. (Example: I will choose to use 4 keywords as selected in an entry box. I also want the option to have a random number of keywords like from 2-6. The program will choose 4 of the keywords from the list I put in. widgets, green widgets, blue widgets, buy widgets I will also have a box where I can choose how many sentences will be used for each keyword. It will also have a random option like 2-6 sentences per keyword. 5. Once the program creates the article from the sentences it will interact with the online php program that is the second part of the program and use a synonym database to switch out words. The program will not switch out keywords that were in the list used to create the content. It will also not change any words that are in hyperlinks. All the rest of the work will be done by the online version of the program unless you can suggest a better idea of how to do this. 6. It will create a title for the article with one of the keywords that was used to create the article. It will switch between all the keywords or I will be able to set it to only use certain keywords. 7. The program will have a screen where you put in keywords and relate those keywords to links and it will create hyperlinks where that word is found in the content. (Example: It will find the word widget in the content and it will change it to big purple widget and link to a specified url. It will also be able to switch between different sites when linking so that big purple widgets can link to [login to view URL] and in another post it can link to [login to view URL]) The linking will also have the option to be set to random amount of links per post 1-5. The anchor text will also be able to be set to random. (Example: I have a big purple widget for you. In that sentence I will be able to set it so that it uses just big purple widget or use a big purple widget or big purple widget for. It will have an option to set it so it uses a random amount of words in the link like the keyword plus 2 words before or after. That will be randomizable. It will not change the links that are already in the content. 8. It will be able to combine multiple sources of content at this point. (Example: I will have the article that was created and an rss feed post or article that I want combined into one. The feed or article will not have been changed but it will be put in a random place in the content or at the start or the end. 9. Once it does this it will output the content to rss feed or text articles. 10. When the feed or text is created it will make a new one each time so it is always unique each time. I will provide links to the other programs I have used so you know what I am looking for. I only want to work with a company that has been around for a while and will be able to provide updates when needed and new features I may need. I also will be looking at rating and the higher the rating the more likely I am to choose you. I posted a project like this before but changed a few things since I was not able to find someone that really fit my requirements.
