Need help to understand how a desktop program is writing in a database

I found a program on the web for timing race... but this program don't have any support for publishing the result on a webpage. I don't have any code for this program. What I need : - Find out how the program records in its database (I now it's a SQLite 3 database) IN LIVE !!! - Take what it records and send to a web database (like MySQL). - Maybe you have to create a little program to send those data to a web database. At the first time, I'll give you the program for trying taking data. If you can do something with the program, You'll send me a proof about what you did and I'll payed you after...
