Niche Keyword Backlink tool

My idea is software application that can find Niche keywords with good amount of searches and can sort keywords depending on competition, check if there is available domain with keyword in it, then scrape dofollow blog comments, .gov and .edu backlinks from search engine for that particular keywords so you can leave backlinks on relevant sites, sort them based na Pagerank, Do follow and login required for comment post. It would also check first page of Google and tell user if he can rank on the first page of Google. I've prepared very good material for the Coder. Thank you for your interest.
