Real estate virtual assistant

We are looking for a Personal/Business VA. We are looking for a long-term relationship with an assistant who is reliable, punctual and flexible to assist with highly diverse tasks. Please reply only if you: 1) Speak and write English fluently. 2) have fast and reliable internet connection 3) have a proactive attitude 4) are from the Philippines 5) are looking for a full-time and long-term job 6) are reliable and creative. Don't be afraid to tell us your ideas or ask questions! 7) are willing to learn using provided training material and are able to operate independently 8) know how to conduct decent online market research Task examples: -Listen to phone messages of incoming leads and transcribe the messages -Follow up leads via phone (skype) or email to obtain additional information about the property the client wishes to sell. -Research the property in several databases (I will provide these) and create pdf's of reports to upload to my customer database -Follow up with clients to make offer on properties (I will tell you what the offer amounts are after reviewing your research) All candidates must have the following -Very fluent in writing and speaking english -Knowledge of excel, gmail, and general ability to use windows based software You must be willing to: - Install a free service such as [login to view URL] (or use other monitoring software) to allow us to monitor work. - Be available on Skype at all times during working hours - Send daily e-mail updates PAY: 1. Candidate may be retained on a long term basis after 90 days if the candidate does a good job on all points mentioned above and becomes familiar with our company, our services and our systems. 2. Training period will be unpaid, this shouldn't take more than two full days. 3. PAYMENT WILL BE ON AN HOURLY BASIS BASED ON THE NUMBER OF HOURS LOGGED - WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO SPEND MORE THAN $2 PER HOUR STARTING OUT! Looking to start out at +/- 30 hours a month. We will pay for clocked hours after they have been logged and not prior to you conducting work.
