Bilingual Cold Calling Agent (English/Spanish) with Solar Appointment Setting Experience Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Cold Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a clean accent. This role involves setting up qualified appointments for our solar program through cold calling. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects in English and Spanish, promoting our solar program • Set up a minimum of 3 qualified appointments daily during an 8-hour shift (Eastern Time) • Utilize provided calling Dialer and data to effectively reach prospects • Earn incentives based on the number of qualified appointments set up, with additional bonuses on installs • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information • Update CRM system with relevant customer details and appointment schedules • Minimum 3 years of experience in solar industry cold calling required • Targeting customers in CA and FL for our no-cost solar program Requirements: • Fluency in English and Spanish with a clear accent • Proven experience in solar appointment setting through cold calling • Ability to work an 8-hour shift (Eastern Time) with consistent performance • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Proficiency in using calling software and CRM systems If you are a motivated individual with a passion for solar energy and a track record of successful cold calling, we want to hear from you!
