I am a Virtual assistant with about 5years of hands-on experience. I handle duties such as sales, inbound and outbound calls, appointment setting, personnel management, payroll, filing, data entry, email correspondence, social media marketing, research, customer service, Human resources assistant, onboarding, back-office administration, and other sundry roles attached to the call of Administrative Officer and operations personnel. In addition, I am tech-savvy and familiar with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM's such as Zendesk Support, Hubspot, salesforce and a host of other softwares and I am willing to learn more if needed. My attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision would be an excellent add-on to your team as your virtual assistant.
Although, I'm new to freelancer, I'm not new virtual assistance and administrative tasks. I am available to work up to 40 hours per week, as the project needs.
