Looking to have 200 videos transfered from one site to another. Videos need to be downloaded, confirmed to not have a watermark from one specific site, converted and uploaded to new site with appropriate media details. The videos will be educational in nature and limited to about 12 minutes. They need to be of specific content (to be discussed with winning bid) and all videos will come from one site.
