184732 Create page / site template

I need a site template created based on the attached template. Should be in both PSD format as well as finished HTML with clean coding and also intuitive "slicing". i.e. no [login to view URL] stuff like you see in dreamweaver templates - I am a proficient "notepad" html coder, so I need to be able to quickly see where everything stops and starts. PLEASE DO NOT SIMPLY CHOP THIS PICTURE UP. I WANT A TEMPLATE BASED ON THIS PHOTO BUT NOT JUST HAVE THIS PHOTO TURNED INTO A WEB PAGE TEMPLATE. I CAN DO THAT MYSELF IN 12-15 MINUTES. I am looking for an original creation, doesn't have to be a work of art, but just something original. 1. head should be separate table or div 2. content html should contain left menu area, content area, and right menu area 3. If the left menu needs to be "pushed down" a bit to accomodate that little graphic centered under the name, that's ok. Looking for clean, simple above all else. 4. EVERY SINGLE PIECE SHOULD BE SEPARATE LAYER, INCLUDING STARS, ETC. HEADER TEXT "EXPRESSIVE GATHERINGS" NEEDS TO BE EDITABLE TEXT, AS CLOSE TO THE EXISTING FONT AS POSSIBLE. This includes the buttons. The text on buttons must be editable as well and made so that it's easy to add / remove or change a button in the future. I think that's it!! Oh, and of course buttons and links should be dead links, ready for me to place the target hrefs in. (i.e. <a href = ""></a>
