Recreation of a movie to HTML5 landing page

Hello, This movie: [login to view URL] password: FreelancersHQ45 Movie was created by us in After effects unfortunately we miss the time to make it into web. I need to have it converted to HTML5. Re-creation would be more accurate as I'm not looking for a simple .mov to mp4. I'm looking for a conversion so that the following is true: High Dev. Not a movie, vector or item based. Can be viewed by any type of HTML5 supported device (Ios,Android,Windows etc.) The faster it can be loaded the better. Effects need to be close.(If it's not an extact replicat it's not a problem, the spirit should be maintained) It's a landing page, so there needs to be an easy way to add a text & some code in the middle. We can only supply the movie in 720p No other material can be supplied. If possible when bidding please provide the expected size of the project it is a KPI for us.
