237259 WANT TRAFFIC ON MY SITE ASAP

Hi Guys, I've got a website which i need heavy traffic (as much as possible). I need at least 300 visitors (new ip addresses) to the site everyday. The site is a new site, and i will like it to be advertised not just on search engines but through bulletins, forums, etc. The main aim of this project is to draw customers to the site as quick as possible. Please give me a details account on how you hope to achieve this. I would have loved to drop the site address but due to restrictions placed on that by scriptlance. The site in question deals with freelancing. When we agree on a price and everything, then the site address will be given to you. Please don't send any stupid "I can..." bids on this project. Every bid will be thoroughly screened before we decide. As for money issues, I am running short of cash, so if you are bidding better place sensible bids. I once saw bids on a similar project on this scriptlance and so do have an idea of what costs it will incur. Anyway Guys, Let the bids roll in and good luck!
