Arduino sketch xbee integration

I have a prototype of arduino based microcontroller code, as well as a fritzing sketch available. We are having issues getting the arduino to communicate via xbee with the existing sketch. We need the sketch working on our end upon uploading it to the microcontroller. Additional integration/reskinning of the microcontroller data is also desired, once the task is completed. Would prefer to use same programmer for the length of the job. Device /project overview (further sections will have pricing raised and adjusted to match their complexity): * The arduino devices have 3 sensors (with plans to add 2 additional at a minimum later) and 1 motor. * The arduino devices must communicate via xbee ver1 * The project / device will be made with variants later. * The data from the arduino device must be viewable on a desktop widget that is readily skinnable. We have visuals on how this must appear. * The desktop widget must also be effectively viewable via the cloud. * There is desire to make the devices bound to a user name. This will allow for multiple devices to be used at once, or viewed by an admin from a remote location. * The cloud access will need to be thru a secure, registration required site. Registration must be easy. The desktop widget must be downloadable from the site. * A lightweight, secure, social networking section may be desired.
