Hello - I'm looking for a skilled tax attorney who can help me challenge a CP49 document from the IRS regarding back taxes. I would like to challenge this case and potentially sue the IRS. They are charging me for back taxes that I do not owe (and I have the paperwork to prove it. I might even be owed something from them). Nor did I ever receive any prior notice in the mail before this CP49 document arrived. US tax attorneys ONLY please Add the letters "IRS" to your response message please.
