We are a short-term rental management company in need of a virtual assistant to manage our guest communication and inquiries on Airbnb and VRBO. Flat monthly rate. Skills/Requirements: Fluent in English. Available to respond to all messages within 1 hour between the hours of 9AM - 9PM PST. Background in customer or client service online. Proficient on the Airbnb and VRBO platforms. Hospitality experience is an asset. BBA or Bcom degree, hospitality or business diploma an asset.

What makes me the best candidate? I am reliable, always on my device which gives me full access to be able to respond to clients in less than an hour. My goal would be within 10-15 minutes. I am good at using resources provided such as google in the case that a client has questions regarding location, and I am an excellent communicator that makes sure she delivers a transformational customer service experience vs transactional every time.
