You will design, develop, test and deploy 2 WCF Services to compute sets of allocations based on the imported configuration data. Each WCF Service is based on a different algorithm, e.g., a Greedy algorithm could be used in the first service, and some heuristic algorithm could be used in the second service. Each WCF Service will normally be available from 2 AWS virtual machines, and at least 1 VM and no more than 6 VMs. A service will be invoked by your client software which will provide/pass configuration data to this service, and this service might return a set of allocations. In general, to more quickly determine a set of allocations, you will use several AWS virtual machines (at least 4), AMIs, auto scaling groups, a load balancer, and other AWS resources.
