Add AMazon product under new Brand registry - delete old product

- I have a product that is listed on AMazon that has a review and a few sales but now I have got approval for Brand name for brand registry I want to remove the "generic" brand add new brand. I cannot do this without deleting old and adding new. Amazon sent below instructions but I need a expert as this is risky to lose old product and review etc I WANT TO RETAIN MY SALES HISTORY AND REVIEW - AMAZON EXPLAINS BELOW IF I USE SAME ASIN ETC THEN IT SHOUDL CONNECT BACK TO THE REVIEWS ETC ONCE I DELETE THE OLD PRODUCT...BUT I NEED THE FREELANCER TO UNDERSTAND THIS FULLY AND KNOW THE RISK My brand is now registered under Brand Registry on Amazon. Please choose Update instead of Partial Update in the template. > If you face conflicting error - "The value 'X' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the Amazon value 'Y'" - error 8541, it means that the system is retaining previously submitted product data. In order to clear it, delete your product listing, wait for 24-48 hours and then relist the product with the correct information. Waiting for 24-48 hours is important to allow the system enough time to remove any incorrect information from record and then re-create FROM SCRATCH using feeds. The best way to delete SKUs from your inventory is to upload a delete feed through Seller Central. A delete feed is a file with only two pieces of data: the SKU itself and a "delete" notation in the "update-delete" field. Leave all other fields blank when you send the file. After the file is processed, the SKUs will be deleted from our catalogue and will no longer appear in your Seller Central inventory records. NOTE: - Deleting and relisting the product with the exact merchant SKU will not affect your existing FBA inventory (if any), ASIN sales history or reviews. - Seller Support is unable to make change from our back end as our contribution is lower than you, a brand owner
