566944 fix SMACK TALK tab functionality

please see my website [login to view URL] (Join as a performer so you can log in and test the features) on the home page click on the performer that is shown as the featured: performer.....that will take you to that user's performer profile page.....you will see in the middle of the page a tab called "SMACK Talk" i need this tab to be completely functional here is what i need fixed a- next to Talk SMACK there is Add: Photo and Video.....i tested adding a photo and a video and it does not work b- i typed in "talk some smack here" to leave a comment and it does not work c- i typed in the comment box under the previous comments and this is the error i get "Column count doesn't match value count at row 1" d- in the light blue comment box...move the date under the user's name, make the height of the light blue box shorter....too much blue below like-dislike-huh, and make the comment boxes a little closer together? i have a huge list of projects to work on this website - do this job well and there will be more to come
