Flash chat security(repost)

this project would involve improving my chat security to the fullest, my chat is called flashchat and is very very well made i have run it for few years now and well its good but soon as it gets popular or there is one bad person it ends up getting hacked and messed with to the point of me having to delete out of db and reinstalling from scratch and redoing files. currently i am able to ban peoples ip but thats it, my goal is to have it block actual host or isp if needed, and mabye not allow proxies or open proxies, i have no clue about all that stuff, but thats how my cms site is and seems to do very well. any suggestions to ways of making it better would be great. take note my chat is made in flash and also uses flashcom server for my live Audio/video streaming. soo you would need to know much about that to make work with that at least the server part. also one last thing, the way my buddy set up chat for some reason it allows html codes such as login names and in chat and chat room names soo forth so on. i dont think this is necccessary. makes my chat very volnerable i think. thats about it. ## Deliverables 1) first priority would be to add feature to ban isp/host of the persons ip - will be placed in the drop down menu when click on a user and then clicked on ban, would have to find out person isp/host automaticly and then when u click USER/BAN/ ISP BAN would ban them permanitly <--- this ban feature is arleady working, popup message comes up when click on USER/BAN but i only have ip ban, not isp/host ban 2) Second would be to block proxies or open proxies and incorperate that into my admins panel displaying records of the bans <--- which already exists for the banning now, just now would be with the new isp/host ban. 3) and last but not least would be to add any other scripting blocking or some type of filter for the chat soo its alot less likely to be hacked then what it is now, now at any given time its been hacked several times, roomslists were hacked, login names were hacked making it put random names when u loged in and soo forth. basicly this is your own judgement making it secure as you possibly can mabye even adding a settings in the admin for this any other suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreceated. ## Platform my chat is flashchat and would need to know flashcom servers and stuff like that as well as flash coding in general
