PHP + Arduino - Get/Post Data and parse it on Arduino

I need a simple code in Arduino that reads any new order from woocommerce, and parse the Status of the order (Pending or Completed), and the Product Id. That info will trigger a relay/motor in the arduino. The data needed is available in the "woocommerce_payment_complete". The Arduino will communicate through a ethernet shield. Each Product id will be linked to an arduino pin (relay/motor). Each line of arduino scketch code must have clear comment. The code is very simple actually, so I need someone with ackowledge in PHP and Arduino scketch coding. This is just the begining of the hole project, a technical test to evaluate the executability of the concept. With that in mind, the hired developer will be the developer of all the future tasks beyond this project.
