eBay Ending Soon Auction Site

I am looking to create a site for a domain I purchased that shows eBay auctions that are ending very soon. I want the site to be fully customizable. So a user can choose to see auctions ending in 1 minute or 5 minutes or 10 minutes etc... I also would like if possible to have users be able to log in using their eBay user name and password so that when they find an item they like they can bid on it through my web site. So Ill need a db set up cause I want users to be able to log into my site. I want the design to be nice, Ive seen other sites like this and they look like crap. I have a server already and the domain. PM me for more info and design ideas.
