ASP Regular Expression Problem

ASP Regular Expression Problem - Replace text with link but ignore text within Link We Have the code (see attched text file) This does not work and we need a simle correction. Someone familiar with regular expressions could fix this in a minute. I want to replace Dave but not in the Link Code. This project must be written in ASP. I expect a programmer must be able to demonstrate their code works before I pick you for the project. Payment will be immediate upon getting the working code. I expect to pay maximum of $10, please don't bid over $10. First working REGEX solution wins.
